If you for some reason do not want to upgrade automaticaly then you can do it manually quite fast.
Attention – this recipe is only for upgrading for small version like 6.2.3 to 6.2.4.

Here is the recipe:

1. Go to root of your website.
2. Download current version of TYPO3 with wget:
   wget get.typo3.org/6.2 --content-disposition
3. Untar
   tar -xf typo3_src-6.2.x.tar.gz
4. Remove old symlink and create new one.
   rm ./typo3_src; ln -s typo3_src-6.2.x typo3_src
5. Remove ./typo3temp/Cache/
   rm -Rf ./typo3temp/Cache/
6. Login to TYPO3 and clear caches from TYPO3 backend.
